Rev. Marian Fyfe Spanish speaking (se habla español)

Rev. Marion (Marny) is one of our bilingual officiants. She is originally from Canada and although she grew up learning French as a second language, she quickly developed a love for Spanish while traveling throughout Central America. Her love for languages and cultural diversity led her into her current work as a language teacher and interpreter. This passion has also inspired her as an artist. Marny writes songs, sings and plays guitar and has performed at many venues in Canada and the U.S.

While interpreting at a bilingual wedding ceremony, Marny fell in love with the beauty and honor of officiating weddings! She loves the privilege of working with a couple to have the ceremony be a reflection of them, and their love story. Being able to perform bilingual ceremonies is especially rewarding to Marny because she loves to help bridge any cultural or language barriers.

Marion (Marny) es una de nuestros oficiantes bilingües. Ella es originalmente de Canadá y aunque creció aprendiendo el francés como lengua segunda, inmediatamente le encanto al español mientras que estaba viajando por America Central. Este pasión por lenguajes y diversidad le ha llevado hasta su carrera como maestra de ingles y español, y interprete. También, el mismo pasión le inspira ser artista. Marny compone canciones, canta y toca guitarra y ha dado conciertos en varios lugares en Canadá y los Estados Unidos.

Marny se enamoró de la belleza y el honor de interpretar ceremonias bilingües! A ella le encanta el privilegio de trabajar con las parejas en crear ceremonias que sea un reflejo de ellos, y su historia de amor. Tambien, le da mucho gusto hacer las ceremonias bilingues porque le encanta ayudar a salvar las barreras culturales y lingüísticas.
